This Agreement contains Terms and Conditions which:

may limit the risk or liability of SkillsPassport or a third party; and/or


1.2.2

may create risk or liability for You; and/or


1.2.3

may compel you to indemnify SkillsPassport or a third party; and/or


1.2.4

serves as an acknowledgement, by You, of certain facts.

SkillsPassport does not provide employment or make any representation or promise of securing employment under any circumstances whatsoever.

Your registration as User entitles you to make use of the Services available on  the Platform
